With it being the Lammas Fair week-end there was a good crowd of spectators watching the game but unfortunately no goals were scored during the first-half. Things changed early in the second half when Ally McNair opened the score for the visitors on the 51st minute. Ballycastle then equalised through lee Watterson on the 63rd minute and took the lead after Conor McLister scored on the 68th minute. Ballynure got back on level terms when Brian Cochrane scored on the 70th minute but after this flurry of goals no more were scored before full time. Referee Mr Jonny McCrudden
